PAS selects HD Supply as its Exclusive MRO provider: In an effort to further streamline the PAS Supplier Network and provide the best overall value to our member, PAS selects HD Supply as its Exclusive MRO provider. HD is the nation’s larges MRO provider to the multifamily industry stocking over 28,000 skus and value added services like Renovations, Cabinets and Counter tops, Special Orders, Mini Blinds, and Custom Doors.

The Irvine Company selects PAS to assist in developing best of breed purchasing program: From the East Coast to the West Coast, the nation’s largest management groups seek the value provided by PAS Membership. Located in Irvine California, The Irvine Company contracted with PAS to establish and refine their national purchasing platform.

Trammel Crow joins the ranks of PAS members: One of the largest on most well known property management companies, Trammel Crow, accepted membership in the PAS purchasing program.

Walden partners with PAS to improve purchasing efficiencies: While a member of the NMHC top 50 management companies, Walden selected PAS to take full advantage of the purchasing strength and experience of a GPO. Within 90 days of implementation, Lance Dooley stated that the PAS membership was saving Walden over $25,000 per month.

BH Management uses PAS to drive down costs: After considering an in house purchasing department vs. utilizing a GPO and exercising extensive due diligence, Howard Berends with BH Management selected the PAS Purchasing Program to help manage expenses.
