Over the years PAS has preformed thousands of audits on everything from supplies (MRO, Appliances, Flooring, Paint, Pool Supplies, Office Supplies, Apparel, and Fitness Equipment) to services (Technology, Resident Screening, Risk Management, Vending and Waste Management) and provide the results to our members.

Prior to becoming a member, PAS will preform an invoice audit of your current purchases, in all major spend categories, and compare what you are currently spending to the pricing you would receive as a PAS member.

Upon completion, one of our Account Executives will meet with you personally to present the findings, discuss methodology and answer any questions.

How do you know the pricing presented is the pricing you actually pay? The answer is simple – We prove it!

PAS continually audits in network purchases to ensure the pricing is as stated/agreed. In the event we find an error or overcharge from an in network supplier/vendor, we notify the supplier, ensure the pricing is corrected and request credit on your behalf.
